Customer Service Representative
Job Summary
As the Customer Service Representative, you’ll be one of the first friendly faces our guests see when they walk through the door. This role helps keep the office running smoothly while making sure customers feel informed, supported, and cared for throughout the repair process.
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests, create a welcoming experience, and assist with questions.
Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicle repair.
Answer questions and help customers understand the repair process.
Answer inbound phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
Create and maintain repair work files.
Partner with Estimators and Repair Managers to help maintain schedules and communicate updates to customers.
Support day-to-day office operations as directed by the General Manager.
Assist with additional duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications
· Preferred experience in a customer service role.
· Preferred experience in the automotive industry.
· Ability to speak Spanish a plus.
Core Competencies / Skills
· Proficient with Microsoft Office, typing, email, and general computer use.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to learn and navigate additional computer programs used to manage vehicle repairs.
· Ability to learn how to write an estimate for vehicle repairs.
· Strong time management and organizational skills.
· Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Working Hours
· This role is full-time in office Monday through Friday with start and stop times to be determined by manager.
Physical Requirements
· Ability to sit, stand, walk, and use standard office equipment throughout the workday.
· Ability to occasionally lift or move office supplies up to 25 pounds.
Compensation & Benefits
· This position is classified as non-exempt and is eligible for overtime compensation in accordance with applicable federal and state laws.
· Eligible employees may elect to participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, and vision benefit plans, subject to plan terms and eligibility requirements.
· The Company offers a 401(k) retirement savings plan with an employer matching contribution, in accordance with plan provisions.
