Job Summary

We are seeking a CSR who is a pro in the art and science of customer service. Making customers feel welcome and confident that their needs are being met is paramount for our family owned and operated business. The CSR is responsible for answering inbound phone calls, creating repair work files, collaborating with Estimators and Repair Managers to maintain schedules and communicate with customers. Qualifications and Skills

  • Must be able to greet guests, schedule appointments and act as a liaison between customers and the estimator.

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Organizational and time management proficiency with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and obstacles.

  • Must be physically able to work in a shop environment. Standing for extended periods, bending, and ability to lift 30-50 lbs.

  • Age: 18+
