Parts & Detail Associate
Job Summary
The Parts & Detail Associate supports the repair process by helping order, receive, organize, and track parts for vehicle repairs while also assisting with vehicle detailing. This role is important to keeping repairs moving efficiently and ensuring vehicles are clean, prepared, and ready for customers.
Key Responsibilities
· Order parts needed for vehicle repairs as directed by Estimators, Repair Managers, or the General Manager.
· Receive, inspect, and organize incoming parts.
· Match parts to the correct repair orders and vehicle files.
· Track parts status and communicate updates or delays to the appropriate team members.
· Help maintain an organized parts area and ensure parts are stored safely.
· Return incorrect, damaged, or unused parts as needed.
· Assist with vehicle check-in and repair preparation as directed.
· Clean and detail vehicles before customer delivery.
· Wash, vacuum, wipe down, and prepare vehicles to meet company standards.
· Support the shop team with additional tasks as needed.
· Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
· Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications
· Preferred experience in the automotive industry.
· Ability to speak Spanish a plus.

· Ability to stay organized and accurately track parts, repair orders, and vehicle details.
· Strong follow-through and ability to complete tasks in a timely manner.
· Basic computer skills, including email, typing, and the ability to learn parts ordering or repair management systems.
· Ability to communicate clearly with Estimators, Repair Managers, vendors, and other team members.
· Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced shop environment.
· Willingness to learn company processes, parts procedures, and vehicle detailing standards.
· Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support the repair process where needed.
Working Hours
· This role is full-time in office Monday through Friday with start and stop times to be determined by manager.
Physical Requirements
· Ability to sit, stand, walk, and use standard office equipment throughout the workday.
· Ability to occasionally lift or move vehicle parts, boxes, or supplies up to 50 pounds.
Compensation & Benefits
· This position is classified as non-exempt and is eligible for overtime compensation in accordance with applicable federal and state laws.
· Eligible employees may elect to participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, and vision benefit plans, subject to plan terms and eligibility requirements.
· The Company offers a 401(k) retirement savings plan with an employer matching contribution, in accordance with plan provisions.
